District Deputy Visit, Dinner, Initiation & Lodge Meeting

Bristol Lodge will host the Northwest District Deputy Visit. Dinner will be served before the Lodge meeting, and new members will be initiated and join us for the District Deputy dinner. Board of Directors Meeting at 5:45 PM; Lodge Meeting and initiation at 6:45 PM. Dinner ticket cost and purchase cutoff will be posted in the Lounge.

Bristol Lodge will participate in the Mum Festival Parade with a float and officers and members marching. The kitchen and bar will be open, the public is welcome, and the kitchen will serve food until the parade starts.

Annual Jacob's Journey Poker Run. Ride registration starts at 10:00 AM. Ride and buffet dinner: $25.00. Dinner only: $15.00. Kids under 10 eat free with a paying adult. Elks Dictionary Project Distribution

October 2026 — Distribution Dates TBD

Bristol Lodge will bring the Elks Dictionary Project to Bristol, Plymouth and Terryville schools. Members with free time during school hours are needed to help distribute dictionaries to third graders and their teachers. Contact LoyalKnight@elks1010.org to volunteer.

Recurring Lodge Activities

Lodge Meetings

Board of Directors meetings begin at 5:45 PM and Lodge meetings begin at 6:45 PM. Confirmed September meetings are September 14 and September 21. Confirmed October meetings are October 5 and October 19. Lodge meetings are for members only.

Friday Kitchen

Every Friday night the kitchen opens at 5:30 PM for members and their invited guests. Regular favorites include hamburgers, cheeseburgers, hot dogs, onion rings and French fries. Weekly specials may include fried clams, salads with chicken or shrimp, meatball grinders, loaded fries and other House Committee selections.

Setback League

Setback League starts in September. Kitchen opens for Setback in October. Setback and Setback kitchen are for members and their invited guests.

Meat Raffles

Meat raffles are for members and their invited guests. The kitchen is open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM on the first Saturday of each month for the meat raffles. The first raffle is October 3, followed by November 7.

Committee meeting dates and times vary. Members should contact the appropriate committee chairperson for current details.
